    Description

This health checkup package includes a range of essential blood and urine tests, providing a thorough overview of your overall health. It is designed to detect early signs of health issues, monitor chronic conditions, and support preventive care through regular assessments. Here's what each test covers:

    1. Complete Blood Count (CBC)
Evaluates overall blood health by measuring red cells, white cells, hemoglobin, hematocrit, and platelets. It helps detect infections, anemia, and other hematological disorders.

    2. Kidney Function Test
Assesses the performance of kidneys by measuring levels of urea, creatinine, and other markers. Crucial for detecting kidney damage or dysfunction early.

    3. Liver Function Test (LFT)
Monitors liver health through enzymes and protein levels like ALT, AST, bilirubin, and albumin. It helps identify liver infections, inflammation, or damage.

    4. Thyroid Function Test (TFT)
Measures levels of T3, T4, and TSH hormones to assess thyroid gland activity. It helps diagnose hypothyroidism or hyperthyroidism.

    5. Lipid Profile Test
Analyzes cholesterol levels (HDL, LDL, total cholesterol, triglycerides) to assess heart health and risk of cardiovascular diseases.

    6. HbA1C – Glycosylated Hemoglobin
Reflects average blood sugar levels over the past 2-3 months. It is essential for diagnosing and monitoring diabetes.

    7. Uric Acid
Measures uric acid in the blood. High levels can indicate gout or kidney stones and may be linked to other metabolic conditions.

    8. Erythrocyte Sedimentation Rate (ESR)
A marker of inflammation in the body. Elevated ESR may indicate infections, autoimmune diseases, or chronic conditions.

    9. Vitamin D (25-Hydroxy)
Checks Vitamin D levels essential for bone health, immunity, and overall well-being. Deficiency is common and often goes unnoticed.

    10. Vitamin B-12
Assesses levels of Vitamin B-12, crucial for nerve function, red blood cell formation, and brain health. Deficiency may lead to fatigue and neurological symptoms.

    11. Urine Routine
Analyzes physical and chemical properties of urine to detect infections, kidney issues, diabetes, and other metabolic conditions.

    12. Calcium
Measures calcium levels important for bone strength, muscle function, and nerve signaling. Abnormal levels may indicate hormonal or bone disorders.

    13. Random Blood Sugar
Provides an immediate snapshot of glucose levels in the blood, useful for identifying abnormal blood sugar levels.

    14. Doctor Consultation
A detailed review and interpretation of test results by a physician. Helps in planning follow-up, lifestyle changes, or treatment if needed.

    How it works

This comprehensive health checkup works by collecting blood and urine samples to analyze key health markers across multiple body systems. A blood sample is taken—usually from a vein in your arm—after fasting, to evaluate components like blood cells, sugar levels, cholesterol, kidney and liver function, thyroid hormones, vitamins, and more. A urine sample is also collected to detect signs of infections, metabolic conditions, or kidney issues. These tests together provide a detailed picture of your current health status.

    Test Preparations

This test doesnot required any special preperations. However it is recommend 6–8 hours of fasting is required before the test—only water is allowed during this period. Continue regular medications unless advised otherwise by your doctor. Avoid alcohol, caffeine, and heavy meals at least 24 hours before the test, and refrain from intense physical activity the day before. Stay well hydrated, as a urine sample is also part of the test; first-morning urine is preferred. Women should avoid urine tests during menstruation. Morning sample collection is recommended for more accurate results. Bring any previous medical records and a list of medications for the doctor consultation.
